Richard R. Barnett, AIA, David Fronczak, AIA, Douglas S. Barlowe, AIA, and Doug Shuler, AIA are the four partners of Barnett Fronczak Barlowe & Shuler architects. All the partners are directly involved in every project our firm(s) accepts. There will always be a partner and/or project manager directly involved in each project, focused on building a professional staff possessing skills, talent, and genuine concern for the client.

Our staff of 11 has received design awards from the American Institute of Architects and other Historic Trust organizations for outstanding achievements in design and community involvement. Each of our staff has advanced skills, creativity, and a sincere client focus. In addition to the architectural, master planning and interior design services we have consistently provided in the North Florida & South Georgia surrounding areas for the last 40 years, we also continue to develop our staff’s capabilities with ground-breaking resources and all up-to-date training necessary to stay in front of the learning curve.

We take pride in cultivating our long-term client relationships. We focus on forming lasting associations with clients based on genuine interest in each client’s unique goals, strengths, strategies and direction.
